someone told me (and it is written in an issue of 4 wheel action that arctic cat designed the engine) i say yoshi did who really knows

it came from the drz dirtbike. suzuki and yoshi built it.

Dunerunner is right, Suzuki and yosh worked on it together and it came out in 2000 in the DRZ400 line-up
