broken frame z400
I just looked at mine and sure enough mine looks just like yours but mine is to the rear and its only on the left. I’m sure Suzuki won’t warranty it but I’m going to try, that’s why I bought the extedned warranty. It’s a first year bike and you never know what will happen. Here is a picture of mine and everyone else who owns a Suzuki should look to make Suzuki realizes there is a problem.

87racerider,
Not sure where you live in MN but I would gladly do small weld jobs for $50-100. I`m in Rosemount, MN
Jason454@prodigy.net (651)423-6170. I have been working on quads(mainly 500`s)for as long as I can remember.

This is a quote from "Zuki" on another forum. PM or e-mail me and I'll give you the location of the thread. He was referring to Suzuki Corp.
In addition....A company who stands behind the product. Unfortunately, i managed to bend the frame. The welds appeared weakened. Nonetheless, it was replaced last week FREE OF CHARGE! I then realized my stock axle (the first batch in june were of a weaker less treated material ) was bent. This too, was replaced FREE OF CHARGE, and they also slapped on a new rear sprocket FREE OF CHARGE out of good faith. It was bent too. I think because of the axle, but they replaced it. I didnt ask, nor expect that to get replaced. It sucks to have things like this happen, but its a blessing to have a mfr to stand behind what they sell.
