Hey Bartlett, the jump on page two looks good, but the clarity on the gusset needs to be better or at least have more light on it. In my sig is a link to some pics of my gussets.

Sounds like Zuk hasn't learned much about frame building since the LT's. I love my lt250R but it has more new welds then original. Why don't these companies know what we do about gussets. I've decided that every quad owner should learn to weld. Thats my new theory. We play hard....we should learn how to fix our toys. My new goal is to learn to weld, only because finding a welder in my part of the country that wants to do a $50-$100 little weld job on a couple of week spots on a frame is hard to come by. I hope Zuk realizes for 2004 that they jumped back into the game and we are riding them like they are the leader of the pack again..........

I hope they didn't call it a 400Z Quadsport instead of Quadracer because they wanted us to be easy on them.......

Maybe I should wait for the Quadracer 400Z........

Please...Please.....Please.....don't make me turn to the TRX450EX of the future!!!!!!

Zuk Still Rules........

I've had my Z since the first week they came out and been pounding through the trails/rocks ever since with no signs of weakness anywhere. I jump a lot, and the trails I ride are far from smooth and are riddled with tons of rocks so missing them all is impossible. I have heard of another person who had cracked welds also, but I think a crash was involved. Depending on how long you've had your Z, the warrantee should help. Suzuki has really stepped up to the plate when it comes to their customers and the problems. The early axles have been replaced for those who needed them (not mine, it's good still), and I've even heard of someone getting a whole new frame. Good luck.

the thing i dont like is why should the people that bought them already have to bend the axle to get it replaced? if its weak then replace it no matter what!
