I have a 85 230s, and $800. I've looked back in the threads and have a pretty good idea but would like more. Oh yeah dont even think about saying get a diffrent quad. Im 14 and love the one i have.

we used to have a 230 qaudrunner and qaudsport our qaud sport had a supertrapp pipe and
silencer and I forget the other mods but I know it was fastet than the qaudrunner I think U
should look into a wiseco piston have your machine bored a pipe a milder cam different
gearing new tires and wheels and some new plastic and U should be all set to roost
remeber ride red ride SMART and ride hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You probably would want a cam, pipe, rejet, air filter. I think that Golden West Cycle sells a kit with all of that for around $500. Then you would have enough money left for some new tires. Or if your tires are good some new front shocks.
