Default Snow blade for '87 230 Quad Sport

New to your forums....glad they're here!!

I'm looking at buying an 87 230 Quad Sport and was wondering if:

1) Can I get a snow blade to mount on it? and,

2) Will this ATV have the "huevos" to move some snow around?

The guy is only asking $1200 for it and it appears to be in good shape....Are there specific things I should be looking at on this particular Quad to be fearful of?

Thanks for all the info!!

I actualy plowed my driveway witch is about 200 yards long up a slight hill and stones for about 10 years with my 87 lt230. I live in central NY and we get alot of up here. There was only a few times that i had to call in reinforcements. Great mashine for what it is. I beat the snot out of mine and it would take a lickin and keep on tickin. I put an unbelievable amount of hard miles on mine and never found a weak point. Good luck.

Check out Cycle Country, They still make plows for the old quadsport 230.

My dad had one for a few years and it did just fine.
