Did you go to Dumont this weekend. I was up there. Got a yellow z 400 with and HMF. Had a great time. Weather was great. I am here in Vegas too. Do you ride at Apex or anything around here.

 

Well, I did go out this weekend and we did have the race, it was the same results, but the sand was a little wetter,so we all were a little slower, but same results. No filmage though (forgot to check battery before I left). I am not going back far a few weeks, business trip, then a trip to the Knolls for the week before Easter and Easter (too many people at Little Saraha, I don't want to be one of the people who dies, or some one I know). We will hold races on the dry lake beds. If there is any on looking for somewhere to go for Easter, that is not as dangerous as the Dunes, this place is pretty fun. we all go with the families and kids(not me), so its pretty mellow.

Lancer 02- Yes it will beat my 440. But I have since sent it to the shop for some new work (you can't lose to your wife, can you?),and that is supposed to change that. But we will have to see. I am getting a new head, cam , piston ect.

Had a blast , we froze or tails off Fri night but it was worth it , my KFX is messed up tho

After the first two refills , I lost top end power and when I was full throttle it was poppin , plus in reverse it bogs really bad and stalls
anyone have any clue ? ( Jet ? airscrew adjust? )

Never been to Apex yet , we normally go to Sheephead (end of Jones) or Logandale (Valley of Fire)

Sounds like a main jet change is all you need, go down a size or two. What are you running? Elevation?
Reverse is just normal, it has a retarder, you can disable it.

I have no clue on elevation , but I do know that 155 main is not a dyno , it is a mikuni 155 , I better change my signature.
I have at home a Mikuni 152.5 and a 147.5 jet , how low should I go ?
