Any Clutch springs available for Vinson?

Any Clutch springs available for Vinson?
HI GUY'S:
My buddy just bought a Vinson and is wondering if any clutch springs are available. He is looking for a bigger hit off the bottom to aid in wheelies. I only rode the bike during the break-in period, and didn't gas it to see what it had. He say's now that it's broken in, he's tried to get the front end off the ground with a mash of the throttle, but it doesn't want to come up...unless he is on an incline. Any suggestions? Thanks.
