A really clean 250r for $2500 is a pretty good score. I live in riverside, 95% of 250rs are above $2500. A couple months ago I went and looked at a 86 250r. The guy said it just needed rear plastics. I got there and it was a mess. Front bumper and rear grab was all dented and bent, the motor was making some bad noises, and some other issues. He would not budge from the price of $2500. The market for quads across the board seems to be going up lately. 11 years ago when my dad bought my quad and my brothers quad, he paid $700 for my 86 LT250 and $1500 for my brothers 86 250r. You couldnt touch the bikes we got for that price now. We still have both those quads. Good Times
