what do you like better a suzuki lt-250 or honda trx250r. Which has more power,handling etc.

 

the lt has the speed.the trx has the handeling.

 

the r also has teh durability

250R are slower then LT250r and way over priced. PLZZZZ I use Honda 250R's for traction!! Hondas are like Fords JUST because everyone has one does NOT make it better.
PLZZZZ I HAVE WASTED SO Many 250R's Why would ANYBODY want a SLOW 250R?? Oh,,, I guess someone has to loose the race!!!!!!
Don't even get me going about Hoanda's 400ex What a joke!!!! 400z will eat it alive!!

thats what im talking bout' . the 400ex is pitiful. the 250R is a nice quad but it is slower than the LT'S . thats just a plain fact. i dont really care if the 250R handles better than my LT250 all i care about is going fast with the least amount of money.you dont need the best handling to win in a straight drag-race on the street. around here in upstate new york there is a indian reservation for the mohawks. On the reservation we ride on the roads and there isn't much law enforcment . when cops do see us most of the time they keep driving. a lot of times they chase us but i got the fastest 250 around and i ride with big bore four strokes and they never catch us . we accelerate to quickly for them to keep up. we always hit the trails after they chase us for a while. its a lot of fun w/ the adrenaline pumping through yuor veins![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Cmon guys, lets be realistic. Even though my bro has a sweet 86' LT250, My 86' fourtrax has more power. ( and his is piped, mine is completely stock) The suspention on my R is much, MUCH better. Also, the R is obviously built much much better.
I hate the Zuk vs. Hon battles, because I also have a good ol Zilla that I love. (quite modded btw)

But, the truth is the truth. The Honda 250R has a well earned reputation for handling, and durability.
Thats why its the most race winning quad, ever.

Everyone has one because they are such great quads, and thus the reason they are 'overpriced'.


ps. Huedog, if you like Zuki, and want a drag racer, youve got the wrong bike.
Also, dont forget about ESR... they make some WICKED 310, 370 kits ect. that make some seriously fast R's.
No question about it, the Banshee and the 250R own the aftermarket world.
and dont dog the 400EX, Ive owned 2, and it will whoop your Zuki or mine on any track.

 

remember that 250 QUADRACER is a 1986 which to my knowledge was NOT powervalved. I remember people saying that the powervalve really woke up the LT. I bet your just saying it has more power but the LT actually beats it and i also don't believe that a stock 250R is beating a piped LT 250 . ITS JUST NOT BELIEVABLEall i have to say is that my LT265 will smoke your bro's LT and your R. I have TOO MANY mods for your 250R to keep up. IM also saying that stock for stock the LT is faster. piped for piped the LT IS faster. MY LT is a 87' which was powervalved ,not an 86'. how fast is this stock 250R ,88-90 mph's I DON'T THINK SO![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

 

i have owned both...the trx250r i think is better. but for the price for a used 250r i could have a full out lt250r racer..

 

true true but do you think that the R is faster than a LT. MR350X says that his stock R has more power than a piped LT. I DON'T BELIEVE HIM!
