Default Joyner 800 Overheating Problem

Hello there;
I am a hunting and fishing Outfitter in Alberta, Canada, and I just bought a Joyner renegade 800. I am having a real problem with me unit overheating. I keep blowing the fuse for the fan. The dealer gave me a different unit, and the same thing happens? It can run for a couple of days with no issues, and them BAM! Fan fuse blows for no apparent reason. One mechanic I spoke to thinks it might be because the connection by the radiator is getting water in it, and causing a short. If that's the case, that would be a design flaw, and more people should be having that problem.
|Do you have any ideas? I sure would appreciate any help you could give me...

Cheers,

Dean Regehr

Clean out the connection and fill with dielectric grease. No moisture should get in after that. If it keeps blowing the fuse, then it's something else.
