my lil girls atv wont start. its an electric start carb atv. the carb is the main issue. when i put gas on the air filter it will run, but will shut off when it depletes the fuel in the filter. ive tried to disassemble the carb and clean. put it back together and still does the same thing. ive checked the fuel line for blockage, fuel runs freely. need help on this one.
