Cant figure out this ignition problem

More Clarification
I am in no way trying to insult anyones intelligence here so if this is a no brainer to you, no offense. I am an electrician and enjoy helping people figure out their problems and teaching people about electricity. Also, I am new here and trying to jump in. If this is new to you and you have electrical issues also (or even if you don't), check this out and learn from it.
NOTE:In this diagram the "LOAD" is the light bulb. I am just using the light bulb as an example because it is easy to understand. The fuse can still be blown if the LOAD draws more amperage than the fuse is rated for.
An example of the above situation: The starter pulls 20 amps and you accidently put a 15 amp fuse in the starter fuse spot... blown fuse.

FRANKVMCDERMOTT,
Wound up disconnection the green ignition wire and looped it to a positive wire that now feeds a relay that runs the horn, blinkers, and headlights. Ignition works. No fuses popping. Going to take a crack at timing the engine and getting it to run now. I have a good spark and everything checks out but the engine won't actually run. Probably a timing issue and/or valve adjustment. On to the next problem!
