I have a 2007 Taotao I replaced the CDI, voltage regulator, ignition coil, and the solenoid and still no spark. I tested the leads coming from the stator and they check out fine. I also noticed that I can turn it over with the handlebar kill switch in the off position. I don't know where to go from here.
