You will need at least a 1 ton dually or go to a medium duty.
Just because others are out there doing it, doesn't mean they are doing it legally.
What are the weight ratings of the truck? GCWR, GVWR, GAWR?
I'll bet that truck weighs around 7000lbs by itself with no people in it.
