Going to be tight. May or may not fit. I'd say get out the tape measure.

Minimum trailer size for full-size Quad
I bought the Harbor Freight 4'x8' foldable one for $199.99 (rated capacity of 1450#)
Took about 7 hours and a 12 pack to assemble, without putting the wolmanized plywood on, that should take an hour or so with drilling.
My KQ is 48" at the widest part of the fenders, the "footprint" is about 46-1/2". I don't plan on trailering very far or very fast so this should work out fine.
