Default Minimum trailer size for full-size Quad

I need to know if a 4 x 7 trailer with sides will carry a full-size (Suzuki King Quad 300), or do I need to look for something wider?

Thanks

Going to be tight. May or may not fit. I'd say get out the tape measure.

I would go with a 5 x 8 it will give you a little extra room plus a little stronger axle. the 4 x 7 would probably work though, check the trailer axle weight, and the specs on your atv.

I bought the Harbor Freight 4'x8' foldable one for $199.99 (rated capacity of 1450#)

Took about 7 hours and a 12 pack to assemble, without putting the wolmanized plywood on, that should take an hour or so with drilling.

My KQ is 48" at the widest part of the fenders, the "footprint" is about 46-1/2". I don't plan on trailering very far or very fast so this should work out fine.

why not? i got over 1000 miles on mine since last summer, people need to stop buying to the smaller tire issue, the trailer runs fine
