Default 91' silverado upgrades

What would be some good upgrades for this truck? I was thinking of maybe getting headers, intake manifold, muffler, spindle lift, intake, etc.. What would be best bang for the buck? Would like performance for town driving, towing, and offroad. Thanks.

A good intake and exhaust system will definately be a good start, also a good shift kit for your transmission will help with towing, along with an add on cooler to keep the fluid temps lower. B&M makes a good shift kit, and there are several others out there as well, make sure you use a "towing" or "shift improver" kit, not the "street/strip" (too harsh for everyday driving). I don't know if your truck has the 700r4 or the 4l60e trans, make sure you have the right kit before you tear into it. You don't need a dual exhaust, I went with a 3" single with a Dyna Flow Turbo muffler, sounds great, and cheaper than a dual set up, but that's up to you. They make "shorty" headers that line up with the stock exhaust pipes,so you don't have to modify the exhaust too much to bolt them up. Hard to beat Edelbrock for a good intake manifold, look for one that gives good off idle to about 4500 rpm power band, you want low down grunt for towing and off roading, that will also keep your gas mileage from dropping. Don't forget a good ignition, a good cap, rotor and coil will give a hotter spark, and 8mm wires and platinum plugs will give you good starts and better gas mileage.

It's an automatic so i dont think i need to worry about the tranny too much. I was thinking of maybe going with edelbrock intake and exhaust manifolds. Also, would you recommend swapping throttle bodies? And any good places to get a 3 or 4inch spindle lift?
