i bought an 02 ram 2500 about 2 months ago and ive actually only had it in my possession for about 3 weeks out of that 2 months because it is always at the dealer with something wrong idling issues,shifting issues,power issues,surging etc. well i just got it back because the heads were cracked and one of the valves was stuck open.and its still acting up i love my truck but i am tired of driving back to the dealer. the dealer has been doing everything in there power for me but to no prevail anyways a long story cut short i think ive got a lemon on my hands but i bought it in nh what can i do theres got to be something to protect the consumer against crap like this

 

unless you have had the exact same problem fixed 3 or more times, i don't think you can push lemon, i don't think a truck falling apart counts sadly, good luck

 

I'm not an expert, but I'm not sure a lemon law would apply to a used vehicle. I hope you get it all worked out.

i know there is no lemon law in nh but there has to be something to protect the consumer on used vehicles. and oh trust me i have had the truck in more times than i care to count just for the idle issues alone

 

oh this is a used vehicle, yea thats only for new trucks, used stuff your on your own prolly

 

Most USED vehicles are sold as-is. Unless you get an aftermarket, used-vehicle warranty.

ive got a dealer warranty for 90 days or 3000 miles that was included with the truck and im actually talking to them about giving me another since ive had soo much trouble im waiting to hear back from them on that but im also buying an after market warranty as soon as the dealer one is over
