New Weekend Warrior owner
#3
First. Congrats on your new purchase bro! Weekend Warriors are a good trailer. I bought one (my second toyhauler) back in 2003.
The first thing that I can tell you that will save you money is that when you bring it in for service at the dealer... is say "NO" to useless service that you don't need!
Second, I don't know where you will bring it to, but in the "high traffic" areas like Glamis they have on site service on big weekends. additionally, they don't charge for the service, but give the boys a good tip! At one point when they came out to help in an abtract service, I asked "what should I have to be prepared" and their reponse was Fuses, a spare thero-coupler (main link from the battery compartment.. the wire link that has a fuse in it) and if your major **** a spare water pump with the necessary fittings to re-plumb it.
Also I have found too get a "Torque head" screw drive. That is what most of the trailer is assembled with.... you need to have one. On the neck of the trailer is a little box that holds all the major fuses and it is fastened with that little ba$tard screw. And if you are caught without one, you will be bummed!
All the best of luck and trailer safe!
