Ones I've eyeballed seem to have a fair amount of room... They are sweet trucks.
Mega Ram Dually not pulling the Rage'n?
Also, you might want to browse the escapees RV discussion forum, as they have a pretty good section on medium duty trucks.

you could get a truck sleeper from I.T.C. ( Indiana Truck Customs). they can mount it to your truck. i've seen some duallys with them

Yeah, the M2 is roughly a bit over twice what a super-loaded diesel dually costs, but if you are towing 20+K constantly the Freightliner would handle it better and last much longer.
It has been becoming more popular also to find a decent used class 8 semi tractor with a couple hundred thousand miles on it, and have the frame shortened and converted to single drive axle. You could end up with a truck with hundreds of thousands of miles of life left for maybe 60-70 thousand, but I'd be sure to have the rig inspected by a diesel mechanic, including oil testing, and a dyno run and measure blowby... To those trucks pulling what you thought of as a big and heavy toy hauler is like pulling an empty semi trailer.

you could get an expeditor truck. it's a straight truck with a sleeper on it. the box is from 16' to 24' long sleepers range from 36" to 100". if money is not the issue you could get a sleeper up to 150" with a very short box and lift gate so you don't have to mess with ramps. you con got to expeditorsonline.com there's a list of dealers you can search their inventory to get an idea what is out there without a custom order
