Needing a utv trailer with suspension and seats
#1
One of my customers came in today looking for a specific trailer that im having a hard time finding. He is wanting a single axle trailer/wagon to pull behind his side by side that has its own suspension and a tilted axle on the very front to clear rocks/boulders. He is also wanting seats so he can pull the grandkids and the possibility of it being convertible so he can also do utility work. Any input would be very much appreciated!

I have seen trailers with "walking beam" suspension where it has two axles that pivot in the middle but don't really have springs. I've seen plenty with suspension. But I've never seen any that have both. Anyone else????

On our fishing trips we have to bring everthing in by atvs and have all types of tow behind trailers.
One guy coverted a light duty boat /PWC trailer to a flat deck with sides which has the typical leaf spring suspension and all he does is pull it behind his truck to get it to the staging spot then he removes the highway road wheels and puts on a pair of ATV rims and tires for the rough trail ride to the flyin fishing lakes.
The combination of the suspension and 5psi balloon ATV tires keeps the trial stable over the rough stuff.
Just picture it with a deck, sides and ATV wheels. If you want larger you can get the ones made for two PWC side by side.

Are you sure you want to sell him a trailer to haul kids? What kind of liability risk do you want to take? That sure sounds awfully dangerous to me when they want a suspension to handle some really tough terrain as a people transporter.
