one thing for certain it had plenty of power and it was a good start for yota to enter the full size truck world.

The problem is that they felt they entered that arena with the previous generation. While the current generation is plenty powerful, the creature comforts suck. And that isn't a truck thing because it's the same garbage you get in any of their vehicles, including the Lexus line. Only now are they starting to make some changes in that area.

im not going to beat up toyota, but that brand will never dawn my driveway again. I do believe they make a great mid sized truck, but maybe i am just hard on trucks.

so true, my 2007 loaded GMC yukon drops from around 17mpg to 13mpg with that winter blend. good for the gas company's i guess

Eh... Kind of a wash when the price of gas drops by the same percentage as your fuel mileage does.
