Default bearclaws or 589's

Cmon, I need to know because I will be going in to order in a couple of hours. I will order the bearclaws if I don't hear anything back about the 589's. Bearclaws are great all around tires, but, I would like to try something different than my buddies. But, if the 589's are rough except when in soft dirt or mud, than I guess I will go with the bearclaws.

You could always do what I did. I have Bearclaws on the rear because they have a more squared off profile and provide good stability. I run the 589s on the front because they are a little more rounded and have less tread contact with the ground for easier steering. It works good for me! Another reason I did it is because the Bearclaws had side lugs that stuck out further than the 589s and rubbed the front shocks slightly. I have 27x12x12 all the way around though. If you use narrower tires on the front it is not a problem. Either way they both get the job done!

Thanks for the info, the wider profile info is what made my final decision. If I'm buying tires, I want to get all the stability I can get.
