i'm undecided on what tires to get for my 04 grizzly , i do all types of riding and i'm looking at itp mudlites or 589 m\s unsure if the 589's will be to rough on hard pack thanks jim

 

589’s are rough and stiff for hard pack / rocky trails but for slower, technical stuff as well as mud & snow they are great (from my experience with 27” 589’s). So far, my favorite between stock, ATR Holeshots, 27” 589’s and 26” ITP Dirt Devils are the Dirt Devils. I like the 589’s for the winter time (and serious mud work) but for the rest of the time I prefer the Dirt Devils. I found that they provide pretty good grip but at the same time they break loose and slide easily, allowing more manageable power sliding on my IRS quad (’02 Grizzly)…
