oh yeah for sure a winch is the first. has saved my *** a couple times on my old sp 500 and my buddies. that is a must. and also a skid plate and maybe a back bumber and from brush guard. cause a lot of the skid plates are crappy alumninum. and don't do the job. but mostly i am talkin about engine modifications. or is it better to leave it stock. what would be the advantage to the clutch kit. from what i have rode the yamahas. clutch grabs really quick, compared to a sportsman. and tires in time i will get prob 589's, but road witha kid who had super swampers on his rincon the robbed a lil pick up and took bout 2 miles off the top speed other then that he used to have them on his rubicon, andand takin them on the road quite a bit and it almost looks like no tread was lost. those things are freakin paddles. it jsut about floats in water.

I personally hate exhaust on utilitys. It makes them overly loud and messes up the backpressure. A clutch kit should be your second mod, only if you are out of warranty. Then get skid plates and such.
