i'll take you on any day with my 800, you take your pansy paddles off and put your stocks back on and i'll wait for you at the top of the hill.
ya right even without my paddles you cant do sh*t with that quad. I mean they dont even look good they weight like 600 lbs. They have no design they all look the same and they cant keep up with my raptor. And ive seen them try.

This is too damn funny - comparing sport bikes and yute bikes.. C'mon. In cali - I rarely see yute bikes - usually they are for grandma and grandpa.
I'm sure that they have a purpose - just not one for me.
I like to ride hard, fast (85mph is pushin' it a bit - maybe on my old cr500) and just kick a$$ as much as possible.
Don't care for sand much - except pismo or oregon dunes. My wife and I love the ocean - so its a perfect mix.
One thing a light bike has over a yute - I can load my 250R into the back of my pickup by myself with no ramp.
But you won't see me going thru 3 feet of mud - leave that for those yutes' - thats what they were built for.
Somebody mentioned carryin' stuff... I have a spark plug wrench and spare plug.. Thats it. Maybe a rag and bubble gum (For those nasty flat tires) and a piece of tie-wire.
A total of a few ounces.
After all - you can't get tons of air if your bike weighs tons of pounds!

This thread needs to be renamed: The Song Remains The Same! If the 2 conflicting factions can't ride together, stay the ferk away from eachother. I have no problems riding w/ sport quads-hangin' or otherwise. Plus, they kinda like it when there's a winch available. Not to mention an air compressor, plug kit, tow strap, cold drinks, food,....................
