Ratchet,

Thats cool, it was no big deal.

Just my roommate said under my name "I have ridden most of them"(which is bs) then you wrote "hmmmmmmmmmm I have ridden almost all the atv on the market" It almost sounded like you were purposely contradicting me. (though it wasn't even me) Like I said no big deal, it is good to hear info from knowledgable people.

Have a good day and ride on.

Ryan

The new K>Q seems like the complete package and the price is right, the Bruit force seems to have some issues thats if your looking for a irs machine.I own a polaras 700 and if I were in the market I think it would be the K.Q.I own a arctic cat also and the suzuki motor and machine has been real reliable.

When I bought my Grizzly it came down to the AC 650 and the Grizz. The AC is a tank but they just dont have a reputation yet. I was concerned about re-sale value and parts support. Heres what I found in my search of the big bores.

Brute-I stayed away mainly bc of 1st yr production, figured there would be some bugs.

Grizzly-overheating problem fixed, vapor lock fixed, but the steam issue is still there, no biggie to fix, tires suck, tippy until new tires installed,

Sportsman 700- 1 brake lever, not in 4wd until rear tires slip ( I want 4wd when I WANT IT), 2 wheel engine braking

Rincon/Rubicon- cant remember which had what, but 1 had diff lock, 1 had low range, 1 you could take out of 4 wd but you couldnt get those features on one atv together, seemed geared too high

AC 650- limp mode problem (think its fixed now),most people dont know alot about them, not sure of re-sale value

Prairie 700- solid rear axle, I wanted IRS, didnt look any further.

After I installed 26" tires, I love my Grizzly. You really just need to go and look and ride what you can. I have a friend with a Polaris 700, nice bike but the 2 wheel engine braking and the 4wd system turned me from it. I m not as experienced as him and I didnt feel comfortable with the 2 wheel engine braking. It took me almost a yr to make up my mind. I had always liked the Grizzly, I got tired of reading and looking and just one day went and bought it.

Good luck.

Brad

I agree with you the polaris ebs is dangerous, the first time I took mine out and went down a steep hill and the rear wheels where sliding all the way down, I about ate it. My pol 700 cost 7500.00 and you would think they would at least give you true 4wdr with the ebs for that much. Ive figured the ebs out now,but I"m still not confortable with the ebs on steep hills .my Honda buddys laugh at me when we go down steep hills and say to me this is Honda country
