Which Winches come with a remote on the handle bar?

I have a 2001 yamaha wolverine with a superwinch 1500. Yesterday I installed my plow to my winch to raise it up and down. My brother who rides a 2004 Honda rubicon wants a winch for his plow, which winch should I buy?

For something like $540.00 I got a Warn 2.5 Ci Yamaha winch installed on my Grizz. I has the control on the handlebar. I want to get a remote for it too. That would make it a heckuva lot easier to wind-up straight. I have a 48" plow on the grizz and it handles it fine.

I got the warn 2.5ci winch with a 60" Glacier Plow from Polaris for $725 installed out the door. the problem with the smaller plow blades is that the snow tends to fall back into your freshly plowed path and your tires then run over it and pack it down more. the 54" or 60" blades work better taking care of this problem.
you can also go to www.rcsoffroad.com and get a full Warn winch/plow setup that comes with everything you need for about $680 and shipping is free. you can also email their customer service and ask for a discount and they will email you back with a discount code for another $10 off.

My warn 2.5 has one. The winches suck for plowing, the wire frays and breaks constantly. So far the only real fix is to fabricate your own pully system, some people have had luck with switching to synthetic winch rope.

I'd go with the Warn 2.5. Some of the prices I'm reading in here sound very high. I've run warn on all of my CJ's and they've never left me sit once. You should'nt have a fraying problem if you use a roller fairlead. I know Bombardier's come with a thick plate instead of a roller fairlead which would fray the cable pretty quick.
