Outlaws are the best pure mud tire but ride rough under 10 MPH on solid ground. They are the kings of the mud, period. They are the best performers for "bottomless mud" due to their paddle effect. They are lighter than the EDLs or Zillas (check High Lifter's tire spec database for exact weights, etc.)
It is tough to say which are better as far as the EDLS or the Zillas.
The EDLs try to dig to find a bottom in mud, so you want to go smooth and steady with them, else you dig yourself down...good for mud with a bottom.
The Zillas also have a paddle effect and are good at climbing out of ruts. They have a smooth ride for a mud tire on trails.
At any rate, these are the top three in mud performance and as such a user who can successfully turn all three would not be dissapointed in any of the them as far as mud performance.

I'm not that familiar with the Rhino but I hear that they can spin 27" tires fine. I would seriously consider the Mud-Machines Bi/Tri Claws in 27." I would also seriously consider the Mud Bugs in 26" (27 tread lugs are not supposed to be as deep). If you ride mud only, then the Outlaw would be hard to beat and I would also consider them in 26" due to their tendancy to grab at everything and it takes power to spin them good. My first choice would be the claws for the ablility to mud well but also their good trail manners.
