Default any suggestions?

I posted this same message on the Suzuki page. Anyone have any info? Anything will be appreciated greatly!! THANKS!!

I have added a couple pictures to my bio page to help clarify what i am explaining. i have an 00 quadmaster. the pictures are of the front differential, where the 2wd/4wd lever attaches, via a cable. it seems to have cracked. now the machine is stuck in 4wd, will not come out. Is the fornt differential filled with fluid? Is it still rideable? I am just wondering if anyone has experienced this and what the next step would be??

i ordered a new part yesterday. i'm still concerned about everything inside the differential since it looked to have been cracked for quite some time and there has been alot of chances for dirt and water to creep in there. I plan on changing the oil in the differential too so hopefully that helps. I didn't have any problems with the 4wd before this and its actually stuck in 4wd right now and it still works.
