We have an old Yamaha Moto4. I think it is an '88 but not sure. It is a death wish to drive with no suspension.

I ride with a lot of older guys who have vintage Banshees and one LT250 that they all bought back in the day. I am quite happy to tow them home now and then!

Two other guys have vintage Honda 300 4X4's, that I don't think will ever stop running.

i got the grand daddy of old 4x4's i have a 1987 suzuki 250 4x4 with true fully independent rear suspension hi low and super low gearing and it has 2wd 4wd and diff lock. it has bout 3000 original miles on it and i am doing a lil more to it each year to fix it up i gotta spend like 500 dollars on fenders cause the fenders are all broke up and i need to fix the breaks and it has a leak between the motor and the tranny somewhere. but it is so light that she will go through alot.

I still ride around my dad's old '85 Honda TRX250 from time to time. I think he paid $2150.00 for it new back in 5/85. Still runs great. He had the seat recovered a few years ago and starter has been rebuilt a couple times but carb has never needed a rebuild. Considering it's age there probably aren't many in as good a shape. It even has the stock front tires still on it. :-)

It's not a quad, but I do have an '82 Kawasaki KLT 250 three wheeler. It sat in the back of the shop for about twelve years before my granddad gave it to me this past summer. After a new set of tires, a new battery, and a long session of carb cleaning, it runs better than it did when it was new. It's a lot of fun, but I never should have fixed it up. Now my stepmother and my neighbor have dug their old three and four wheelers out, just to see if I can get them to run!
