How long do ATV batteries last?

Not only has mine lasted five years, the last two have been with two of the caps broken. Bought a new one, just haven't put it in. Figure I might as well see how long it'll go.

How long do ATV batteries last?

These battery lasting times are also applied also to atv's that are kept outside in cold weather(including below zero) ?

How long do ATV batteries last?

It isn't the cold here that will get them, it's the heat. Just saw on the news that for the entire summer, it was below 90 (daytime high) twice.

Witnessed this last week . My quad sat unstarted for almost a year . Started right up . Was stored using battery tender.

Mine was outside, well in a shed at outside temps below freezing, for 9 years until it bit the green wiener. Didn't charge it periodically or nuthn
