Mud Lites vs. Vampires

Mud Lites vs. Vampires
IMO, go with the vamps. My cousin has a foreman 450ES with 27" mudlites and they can't compare to the vamps in any way. Mud, smoothness, durability, etc. Maybe price, but that's it. Two of our friends with honda 300 4x4s ride with us and they have vamps, they never cease to amaze me in any kind of situation. I have mudrunners on my KQ, and even though the honda 300s don't have differential lock, they will keep up with me in the mud. With a locking feature they would pass me easily. My cousin with the 450 is pissed that he didn't buy the vamps to start with, cause he simply can not keep up with us in the swamps and doesn't have any better of a ride on the trails. I love my mudrunners, but i wish i would've bought the vamps or outlaws. They're considerably better than the mudlites from what i've experienced, but lord knows these things were pricey (all 4 costed me about $440 mounted!). But they last though, i've got almost 2400 miles on them with minimal wear. The vamps ride almost as smooth as the mudrunners on hardpack too. Very nice tire. But if mud is your thing, you can't beat outlaws. They don't ride as well as vamps and mudrunners, but boy will they pull you through the mud! Vamps, mudzillas, and outlaws are the best mudders out there, but the vamps are the smoothest and best all-around tire in my opinion.
Hope this helps.
