I ordered a warn rocker for my ramsey winches, the warn rocker is way better.

 

I was reading through this thread and I gotta say from my experience that the 2500# gorilla winch's suck! My neighbor and I both have used up our 2500# warn's after hard extreme use. So I read the feedback on the gorilla's and thought what the hay. Bought 2. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent on my Kodiak. Mine worked till it got wet and my neighbors spooled out once and quit. Parts do not interchange with the exception of the cable and clevis. Buy a warn or a Ramsey. Don't get stranded like I did with the gorilla. It's a long walk back home!
