What it boils down to is this!
Look how many Polaris and other brands owners have switched to Can- Am and read what they are saying on this and all the other forums. Look at the ratio of people who had a Can-Am and then went to brand X, few to none! Read the Can-Am forums and it's loaded with former Polaris and brand X's who say their is no comparison overall in handling, power, reliability, and most important fun factor!!!!!!!!!
After saying that all machines will have their strong points and in some situations maybe slightly better than Can-Am. But in every category when mags test machines Can-Ams are at the top or right up there in all categories. I personally own Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Gas-Gas, and other toys and can honestly say I prefer the Can-Ams.

Todd Rothermel and John Gallagher both finished 1st in there classes (stock) in 2006 gncc combined 16 wins, 3 seconds and 1 third in stock classes. Jeff Bertuzzi won the stock class for the 2006 WORCS posting 6 1st place finishes and 2 second place in a 9 race season. All on Polaris quads. I'm sure I could dig up more. So there are a few wins. What does this have to do with ute's?

Sled's are a tight market with polaris and cat 1st and 2nd. It varies. Skidoo has never had either in market share. Yamaha is the brand in watercraft. (As far as #1 in market share) >>>>>>
Can you back that up with facts? BRP has nearly 50% of the water craft market and sells the most snowmobiles. Evinrude engines are 3rd or 4th in market share. Polaris stopped making watercraft.

You post one saying it is the slowest. And YES IT DOES DO 70 MPH. And i wont be the only one with a 650v2 who verifys this. Anyone who has ridden one will tell you the same. And even if it was the slowest, which it isnt, who cares? I didnt buy it for racing. You are the only person on this ENTIRE site who seems to try and tell everyone the outty is better at everything, and would suit everyones needs better than anything else. WRONG. The outty is a super machine, but it doest have what i need, and it isnt an "outdoorsmans" quad. I can swiftly turn my quad from a hunting machine, to a camping machine, to a work machine, to a fishing rig in seconds, and the racks are big and strong enugh to hold hundreds of pounds of gear. So go ahead and race your outty up and down the trails, while im climbing the side of a steep snowy hill to hunt moose and camp out for a weekend

So does speed mater or or not and as far as an AC going 70mph your full of it.The comparisons between AC and other brands that I have read say that AC are the slowest of all the ATVS that they test. If I'm wrong please post the the article that sad that AC is not the slowest so I can see it.

I'm waiting for the name or place wear it shows AC going 70mph becaues the ones I ride with are 650 Kawi powered and will only go about 58mph. When the snow gets deep they have too get behind the outtys just like the popos and the kings.

Come on man, this is what flames these threads out of control. The Outlanders are a great machine and most people who bash them never have owned or ridden them but for some reason still feel like they are experts on them.

You know guys no matter what you all say they are all good ATV's when it comes down to it. They all have there good points and bad. BUT!!!!! If i were only able to have one at this point I think it would have to be my sportsman 800. The ride is unbeatable in my op. I also dig on the 4x4 system. The others have there good points too don't get me wrong. For me I have a bad back and I can go out and ride all day HARD on my sp and be ok that night. Any of my others I hurt a bit after a hard day. That is what it comes down to for me. I still love riding all the other quads though, for instance if I am going to be going with a bunch of hot rod riders I will take the Can-Am so I can waste them off the start for speed... Why on earth would someone with more ground clearance, a better 4wd system, and most likely better tires, get behind the Bomb? Please tell me? Your a moron and you're so full of yourself and your brand, that you'll make things up like this to make you feel better. Or you're just mistaken. I dont know which. I really wish you'd stop posting.
