Limited-Slip Front Differential

Yeah... but there's a difference between pushing something... and dragging your frame. They heavier quad will push down harder, the bigger tires will move earth out from under you faster. When that frame's sitting in the mud... you're not going anywhere... Once your frame is sitting on the ground... all that weight helping your tires before, is only gonna help you stay stuck...

Dear Mr. nascarbullyboy,,, I have no loyality to Suzuki, Yes I own a Suzuki Eiger but I still think the Yamaha Big Bear is better than the Eiger, The only reason I purchaced the Eiger instead of the Big Bear is because I hate a certain Yamaha Dealer sooooo bad that I swear I will never buy any Yamaha again because of him, but I have seen a Suzuki Vinson in action and I was impressed with the Vinson, to me its 10 times more powerful and better than an Eiger and If I could do it all over again I would have purchaced the Vinson instead of the Eiger. My hats off to ur Vinson, you have a ATV that can match the bigger 700 to 800cc atv's.

The 660cc Grizzly is a extraordinary light ATV, It only weighs 10 LBS more than a 376cc Eiger and 421cc 450 Grizzly/Kodiak. I don,t know where Yamaha lost all the weight on its big Utility but I hope it was from nowhere important, because strength rather than than weight is more vital on a Utility ATV.

Owners thoughts on there ATV
I think the people with 400 Eigers are more happy than a 400 Big Bear owner. The Big bear has no low range, just a low 1st gear and it tops out at 40 mph while I hear a Eiger does 50 mph smoothly.
I know some say speed does not matter on a Utility but there seems to be many wide and long logging roads sections between rough trails sections on our trips and screaming down these logging roads at 40 mph can get annoying.
