Rancher 420...
Well got some good seat time on one last night, a friend in our group bought a 420 S. It was as fun as i thought it would be but damn, its freakin tiny. My old Rancher 350 was easily a larger machine. I pulled up by it on my 650i and thought i was parkn a RV by a Pinto lol. Handled good enough, power was great until higher rpm's and it fell off pretty hard. We did lots of drag runs in nearby pasture for fun. Overall i liked it alot but its obvious Honda sorta took a stab at its old school Trx 300 4x4 roots with this machine, Especially with the rear swingarm design being basically the same with minimal ground clearance and damnd drum brake out in the open. I would liked to have seen it be a slighty larger machine physcially, stock tires made it look even smaller. Those are minor complaints, and i wouldnt mind addin' one to the stable if I could afford it lol. Later
*On a side note i was surprised to find that there was no DC outlet, thats dumb. By all means correct me if im wrong but we sure didnt find one on it. So much for runnin spotlights, or chargin phones or anything on it.

Also, I think the point of the Rancher was to be a slightly smaller machine in Honda's line up.
If you want something a bit bigger, there's the Foreman, Rubicon and Rincon...
I think the Rancher is a really nice machine, and I'm sure it will be popular with trail riders as well as farmers/orchardists.
