Default CVT BELT Trouble

Wondering why my 03 suzuki Eiger automatic boggs down in high range on take off and I have lost about 5 miles per hour on top end.Is it belt wear;and if so is it normal within 1400 miles? Also, how hard is to do a home-made snorkle.

take your belt cover off and inspect to see if your belt is damaged or worn. That is sure tale sighns of belt wear though.

Belts are only $80 and 20 min to change,, I would change it after 1400 miles no matter what.
