HeY Wild,

So you snorkeled the engine exhaust?

To properly snorkel a Kodiak/Grizzly 450 you have 2 on the Belt drive (one under the rear rack and one under the front cover). The you have the Air intake. Fortunately for the rear of the belt drive it is round and a common diameter so the best way is to flexible hose it to hard pvc.

I have put a PVC snorkel on the front of the belt drive as I have swamped it once.. the snorkel went on the next week! I plan on snorkeling the rear of the belt drive as well... and the Air intake... I will use heated pool hose for the air intake and put that into a PVC snorkle. I still haven't figured out how to run it... but haven't even tried either

My Current project is I am making some Skidplates for the footrest as mine are getting beat down! hahaha... I am picking up the 3/16" 5052 aluminum tomorrow and will be dropping it off at the machine shop @ work to get cut and bent up all for the cost of a 30 pack of mudweiser

I have pictures of my front snorkel install if ya want.

Later
-Steve
