It isn't really "available" for the Rincon officially. One of the guys over at rinconriders figured out how to do it with adapted Foreman parts.
On the 650's there's some tabs on the meter bracket that have to get cut off and rewelded. On the 680's things generally bolt up, more or less.
I think it would be a cool mod on a Rancher, but I don't know of anyone who has looked into it to see if it could be done.
I like having a headlight that swings with the bar and also it doesn't get plastered with mud as easily as the lower headlights. Mostly I like the look, and that it makes my rinny a little different.
If you do a Rancher, take some photos and do us an article.

There's a thread at rinconriders that shows how, and a member there, BKR, who supplied parts at a discount.
He knows all the little parts that are required, the headlight adjustment screw, the spring that goes over it, the little bushings that go over the bracket for the headlight to ride on...
It's been a while, but I want to say camo parts ran $175ish? Then a few bucks at the auto parts store for a Cole-hearse O ring sealed toggle switch, a cole-hearse rubber boot to go over it, and a waterproof in-line fuse holder.
I haven't looked at the dash of a Rancher to see if it is possible, or if it would be more complicated.
