LEAD PAINT!!
USA Today had an article about all this online yesterday, and it said it was all about lead in the metal that is used to make the frames as well. Makes no sense at all!! But if true this would make sense of the fact that we can't even sell parts to the machines, as the parts may contain lead as well. I just hope not to many kids have gotten sick or worse when they ate their wheeler or bike... DOG

My daughters 90 polaris is less then a year old and I paid a lot of money for it so I guess I will take my lead wheeler to the goverment and let them buy it back [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

Just another example of our governments knee jerk reaction to a situation. Yes, small toysmade for children should not have lead in them, no atv's and many other items should not be lumped in this category. Write to your state officials.

I'm sure they took the lead out of gas years ago! So it's probably safe for them! LOL!

I'm sure they took the lead out of gas years ago! So it's probably safe for them! LOL!
