The Sportsman 500 with a carb is probably the best value but not the cheapest.

 

I will give you a few hints on buying.
1. buy out of state or province to beat taxes (you may have to ship)
2. buy an older new machine like a 2009/10 (could save thousands)
3. check around for deals or on ebay for a decent buy with free shipping
4. have a good idea of the size range of the type of bike you want beforehand and
5. the price range you're willing to commit to
