Default Is There a Company That Makes a Generic Foot Rest or Pegs?

My wife is too short for her feet to touch the floorboards of most of the big ATV's. We tried Arctic cat 550, 650, Polaris 500, and 800, Yamaha Grizzly and a couple more. She is fine when sitting on a smaller sized quad like the Polaris 400 and the smaller hondas but she won't buy anything less than a 500.

On most of them she is just centimeters from being comfortable and on a couple her toes touch but the back of her heel is slightly off the boards. It makes her feel uncomfortable and she doesn't want to wear a really thick pair of boots just to ride.
I could probably rig up some piece of wood or metal and bolt it to the floorboard, but I was hoping some company out there offers a generic footrest?

Were you looking for a peg or more like an elevated plate?

There's a couple people here who make custom parts.

Is she just going to be a passenger or is she going to be driving one? If a passenger, I'm pretty sure Polaris has extensions for the passenger footrests on the Sportsman X2 and Touring models.

She's gonna be riding her own cause she's a country girl and flat out told me she ain't riding behind no one, lol. I actually found a company selling a foot rest so I think it will work. If not, I'll just do like someone said and have one made as it should be a simple task as she only needs a metal plate with about 2 inches of rise. I could redneck rig a piece of wood on it but I wanted it to have a little more professional look, lol

Well then you gotta superglue some sandpaper on there for grip.

Oh, and duct tape too.

The only thing I've found is for passengers. I hope what you found works.

I agree and think a Suzuki 400 King Quad would be an excellent choice.
