Best to replace them since they have stress cracks and can get larger and bind the bendix up. Both recoil and engine bushing are the same part #3083669.

is there a special tool to get that bushing out?

Easy just to take a small sharp sharp chisel or punch or a dremel bit and crack the bushing. Once you do that it will come out in a couple pieces.Put the new bushings in the freezer for a few minutes while you heat the recoil and engine area up. Makes seating the bushings a simple deal. Use a heat gun or hair dryer for about 5 minutes or so,then grab a bushing out of the freezer and tap it in.
