Mtpockets, you nailed it,
Sportsman = Hummer
Rincon = Saturn Vue
The Sportsman is heavy and over built with oversized strong parts, capable of anything you want to do
The Rincon is a light duty, not so capable machine, but cute and comfortable. Honda will sell lots of them (even with that lofty price tag) but they are better suited to lazy trail rides and comfortable cruizing, my wife would love it.
You realy cant compare the two. They are for completely different consumer groups

The Rincon's strong area is its handling/suspension.

Yes, the Rincon was highly modified,

And its a great quad, even with all of its shortcomings. My wife would not care about no low range, poor engine brakeing, non adjustable suspension, only 3 gears, 3 wheel drive, drum brakes ect.
She would love the good handling and comphy ride. I would never let her spend that much money on it, but if it was afordable she would love it.
Rincon's in Baja 1000

How did the polaris do in the race? Not that I don't trust that post but were could I find proof that those mods took place?
MegaCrash, be proud of what you own and not embarassed. Trying to cut another machine in an attempt to put yours in a better light is low class.

(A good friend will visit you in the hospital, a great one will be in the bed next to you saying "that was so awesome")- GOOD ONE Ostie! LOL!
by the way, i don't think MagaCrash is downing the almighty Rincon:

He is just stating the facts.
