Mounting the winch on the rear will only take you where you have already been! Put it on the front so you can explore somewhere new!!

Hey guys, i was at the dealership today and had them look up the price for the warn reciever hitch front/ back mount and it costs **$99.00** for the hardware for all supported quads.(w/o winch)

It can also come packaged with an A2500 winch - I dont remember the price for the package.

I also learned somthing else interesting. Warn has a $100 dollar kit to make your A2000 an A2500!!! The best part is that, because the 2 winches share the same mechanically (same motor/gearing) the kit is exterior wiring!!! The picture in dealer catalog was small, and it had other parts to it, but I could tell that wiring was a vast majority of it. Go to your dealer and check it out!!

Our winch is mounted on the rear of our KingQuad. This is mainly because the Suzuki suggested front mounting location sucks on the '99 KQ. I would rather reverse into a situation and have the winch pull me through than leave it on the front and beat it off every stump in the woods. So far it has proven itself handy on the back, but then again, I don't do much mudding...
