To anyone who has ridden in the 'LONG POINT CONSERVATION REFORESTRY STATION' area take note: The do-gooders around here have now made all of this area "conservation' land. This means absolutely no riding of atv's, snowmobiles, horses etc. This was home to the legendary 'longest yard', a trail with mud and water that tested the best of machine and rider. The parties here were great-every 'good friday', "THE MUD RUNS" would be held here. This is a black day for the sport. I fear for the surrounding agriculture when they take the only pplace to ride away from you. If anyone out there knows what I'm talking about please post ...I thought 'public' lands were for the 'public'???

 

Didnt know Long Point was a ride area..... Turkey Point is under the thumbs of the greens to close up for all motorized rides......
