Default Puget Sound Area Riders Meet HERE!!!

Outkastjoe

How about Sunday for you? Ok, so when you go to work, do you stay inside the sub all day and referring to dark, is this dark inside the sub, or dark when you leave to work and get back home? An don't those subs have skylights for viewing all the sea life while out on patrol? Of course just joking about that.

I currently have a website set up for my personal use on my own webserver. I do not have a problem registering another website that we could use and host it on my site. Since I run the server out of my garage I have as much webspace as I want. I can setup passworded sections and all of that. Let me know if that is something you guys want me to look into more.

Thats great Kevin.. Thanks for the offer!!

For me, Im not too picky.. I would like to see a message board set up with a little structure.... Im not sure if certain message board programs cost anything.. Or if you want some bucks to help with the cost or time I can throw a few $ at ya. The GTO club I belong to uses http://www.phpbb.com/ Its a great board, easy to navigate.. Other than that I dont know much about it...

It is no problem at all. I use PHPBB as well on my site it is a great board program and fairly easy to setup and use. Once we decide on a good site name I will go and register it and get it set up if that is what the rest of you want to do.

Raptorchick, do you need to pre-enter for the WORC's races?
Loki was thinking about racing the Washougal and Goldendale races, but I don't know if it's definite or not. Also, I think dual-sporter is going to be doing several of the races, you may want to check with him. I know he is also looking to possibly hook up with anyone who is doing Milford and Vegas so he can share travel expenses. Bonehead700 has also mentioned trying a race or two. Hopefully, he will be able to keep the rubber side down!

As far as camping for the Florence trip, we may end up at Driftwood if we can't get anything at Honeyman. Since we will be getting there on Thursday, I don't think we would have any problems getting a spot if it's first come, first serve.

2mnyToyz,
We also have three other families that will be riding with us, so I know what you mean about trying to get camping spots all together.

bighonda,
I don't think Loki and I are going to be sand camping. We seem to have this problem with getting stuck everytime we go out on the sand. Plus if we are going to be there for four days, I am definitely going to want to be able to take a shower.

Not sure if anybody has explored this yet or not. What do you all think of coming up with some sort of way to ID each other out there on the trail? Some sort of sticker, initials (PSAR), or something on the quads we can look at and say, "hey, that's one of the meatballs on our thread". You all are talking about trying to meet up down at the dunes. What about putting something on your flags? Could be as easy as putting PSAR (Puget Sound Area Riders) on the flag. Nothing fancy or expensive. Just a thought to pass around.
Good idea! I'll put something on our flags before we go down there (PSAR).
Loki and I are kinda easy to spot anyway, we have our race numbers on our quads.

This is my official welcome to you, I know I'm alittle late with it, getting lost with all the posts. I like the ideal of the flag. Are you riding anywhere this weekend?

Larry

Thanks Happ.........

Unfortunately I cant ride for a while. Hurt my knee out chasing the elusive Blacktail. I'm dying here not being able to go. Going to get MRI today to see what the real damage is. Hopefully just rehab and not surgery, but it doesn't look good.
I'm looking forward to riding with everybody here. Even though sounds like most have sporties and go fast, me and my Rincon will do our best. . I enjoy reading through all the posts, fun group of people.

Thanks again, SEAN

Always need a good 4X4 in the pack to pull the bikes out of the ditch and out of the mud. If you have a wench even better!!!
You might be a little slower and less nimble but your the most rely able toe machine.
