bing- actually i have never touched the preload on the front shocks. i increased it on the rear but i think it's sprung just a little too soft... it was bottoming hard in the bigger hits but i wasn't getting on the gas in my landings... so it was acting as it should.(throttle has a lot to do with rear suspension) i'll start with it at stock settings again, then work on front preload & sag, then go from there...

 

It's going to be just a day ride for me. I'll be breaking in the new top-end, so the first half of the day will be kinda un-eventful for me (hopefully).

 

2mnyToyz, I'm sorry to hear about the dunes (I hope that can change!)

I'm pretty sure that I'll make it down on the 30th late, and stay into Saturday. I'd really like to have power, so I'm thinking KOA.

NWQF and Bing, I'll keep you guys updated on work parties. After this weekend, we'll shut it down for the holidays and continue on in January. (the 10th and 24th) We'll have a couple of guys going to Reiter for some hardcore 4x4 stuff on January 17th.
