Sandbomber, by any chance where you in Florence for Memorial Day two years ago? I know it is a goofy question, but after viewing your photo page, your yellow Banshee's look familiar.

FyreFyter,

I got the AC propegs with heel guard on my 700.
It feels pretty good and gives you alot of room to lean wich you need for the monster.

Im getting the elka suspension this week. Hopefully it comes saturday. I'll give you an assesment but I hear they make a huge difference. I got it valved for both Mx and Cross Country.

Stumps are your enemy! The 700 will lull you to sleep and strike like a cougar on a toddler at the worst possible moment.

Harescramble at Washougal January 1st here's a link to the flyer(PDF format) Hangover Hare Scrambles

traditionally its a mudfest with the fun washougal clay... & appropriatly named the 'hangover'... i haven't ridden it, but it sounds like fun. two quad classes: sport & utility, race is 1 hour.

Harescramble at Washougal January 1st .

OK, I have to show my severe lack of knowledge here. What is a Harescramble? What kind of course is it? Sounds like some sort of race that lasts and hour (at least at the Washougal race)...... Sounds like it might be fun......

It's the day after my anniversary, so I'll tell my wife I have a really really fun (muddy muddy muddy LOL ) present for her. Sshhhh, don't tell her though ............

Thanks a Bunch

Quad4, It's an off-road race. It can have anything from woods, mx. desert, and dirt roads. Usually there is anywhere from 10-30 miles on a lap. Basically you race for 1 or 2 hours (depending on the event). The first guy with the most laps wins. That's the gist of it anyway.

Glad to hear you can make it on the 20th, I know it will be a day trip for me, but looks like it might be a pretty good turn out.
Sorry to hear there might be something you have to deal with back east, hope everything turns out alright.

I've seen those AC propegs with the heelguards on a 700, very nice. When are we gonna get to ride with you? How about the pizza feed on the 10th?

What year is that Bronco? Looks exactly like mine, 96, toureador red, (not sure on the spelling, guess it's just red). Now a hairscramble sounds like fun, I guess you'd see all different types of quads there also. Are there any type of equipment requirements, such as nerfs or kill switches?
Of course I wouldn't worry about placement since most riders could blow my doors off with two flat tires and a 500lb block of concrete chained to the back of their quad. Just participating in that type of race would be fun.

Thanks for the info on the hairscramble, I see they have a over 40 amateur class, now that's for me, racing with a bunch of old farts. Of course that just means that they've possibly been riding quads and bikes for 30 years, oh well, I'm talking to Hollywood about this one, anybody else interested? I think I'm close to the 98 decibel level, maybe at 100, but I can put the quiet core end cap on, that will take care of that problem.

With the work party happening on the 10th, is that going to leave enough time to get home, clean up, rub down with icy hot, and still make to the pizza feed? I know the pizza feed's at 7:00, I was thinking more about you making it. Of course you really don't need the clean up or icy hot, since all you do is bark orders all day and never really do any physical work hehehe. Just kidding Bro, I know you work your azz off, and my hat off to you for all of your efforts in the work you're doing in the Tahuya. What about the gas powered weed wacker with the .095 line? leave it at home or bring it? Remember it's not blade compatible. It also seems the meetings are on Tuesdays, that when I usually make the trip to Canada, too long of a day for a meeting. Also where are they held?
