look at rocky mountain atv for the boots- if you don't need top of the line, thier ARC stuff is OK. ARC boots are like $80, C.P. for $60.

Whew!!!! I come in the door from work every night and the first thing I do is catch up on ATV Connection e-mails. Lots of interesting talk tonight. And yes I have the latest list and I will add it to the end of this post.

2mnyToyz-- You mentioned that you havent rolled over on your cam yet? I had (yes had) the Elph 200. Had it in a fannypack. Was out hiking, took a slip, landed in the cam and that was all she wrote. 250 bucks down the drain. I spoke with several camera shops and they said cheaper to replace than to repair. SO, I bought the next higher model the S230, 3.2 pegapixel. Went to Fre Meyer and paid about 10 bucks for a hard case for it. It should be protected better now. Funny thing though. I listed it for sale on E-Bay and told them that it was for parts only. The first person that looked at it paid the Buy-It-Now price of 50 bucks so all was not lost.

Quad4fun---My 2 cents about the boots and chest protector. I spent 4 weeks on the disabled list this past spring with a broken rib. Had I had a chest protector I would have been ok. Have I bought one yet......Nope. Procrastinating I guess. But definately have the boots. But then again, when summer gets here. Ive been seen with shorts and tennis shoes out there riding. Boots too hot? lol

Ok, now for the list. I havent checked my Yahoo e-mail for a few days so there may be one or two more additions but heres what I have so far.

NWQF & Family 6 total
Soxx
HappaRap & Hollywood
BigDaddy660R & Thumper
YoDaddy, DiscoBunny & Caldozer
Buttercup (Rusty) & Crash (Teri)
NWCutie (Marcie) & RealtorRider (Bill) & 2 Boys
700@Washington + 3
Bing and Julie
Rapbw01
Emteejayex
Myself and Roberta

That adss up to 30 people so far. But we have a couple of weeks left yet.

Also, I dont know about the rest of you, But isnt it easier for each family to pay their own bill? I had heard 10 bucks a head before. Heck thats 300 bucks so far...I know Larry likes Pizza but 300 bucks is a helluva lot of pizza....lol

If I dont post again tomorrow, Every one have a super Christmas and Be safe!!!

I hope to make the pizza fest (just to watch Happ eat). But not sure, only a couple days after my knee surgery. Sure sounds like it's going to be fun, lots of folks coming. It would probably be easier all the way around to just buy our own.

It would cost me too much money to buy my own, two large pizza's get expensive, I like the ideal of you paying for half of mine, it's not my fault my mother raised a bottomless garbage disposal of a son

Chest Protector and Boots

I've been pelted too many times by BigDaddy, I don't think there is such a thing as too much protection, that's why I wear a chest protector every ride, even at the dunes, (for protection during the rollovers). I also have a key ring attached to the chest protector, that's where the tether for my kill switch is attached, which I also feel is a necessity, for too many reasons to list.

As far as boots go, I wear SIDI ATV, great comfort, no breakin needed, anybody can check them out, just ask, pricey yes, $225.00, but I only have one set of feet, small price to pay in my opinion. After running over my foot one time and tearing the back side of a pair of hiking boots in the sand, NERF BARS and boots were on order.

To everybody riding this weekend

YoDaddy can't ride Saturday, since he's changed his Moses trip from Sunday to Saturday, would it be possible for us to do the same for him?

Would it be a problem for the ride to held on Sunday the 28TH, BigDaddy and myself are good to go. What does everybody think? Can you change the day or not?

Quad4Fun

Is this any problem for you, if so we can juggle things around, possible a two day ride. Hollywood's giving me the look right now, you know the one with the eyes enlarged with that, (you want to what), written all over her face.
